I went through my own incel period in my teens and its effectively a self perpetuating cycle of bitterness that makes you fundamentally miserable to be around that's the entire blocker for dating. But with a combination of misogyny, low self esteem, toxic masculinity brainworms and possibly a bit of neurodivergence and confusion with sexuality/identity can kinda just turn into a bit of a psychological mess that other incels and nazis will try to take advantage of to drag you down even further.
The way out was first unseating misogyny to stop blaming women for my own predicament. Followed by finding out I am autistic which made dating and life in general hard mode. Followed then by realising I despised toxic masculine ideals, had absolutely no interest in casual hookups or looking like a "player" and never wanted to be like that and cast aside the entire identity of "man". Followed by finding out i actually just preferred dating men and found a boyfriend.
That's my experience it probably won't line up to anyone elses but maybe it can provide some understanding to some people's perspective. But the short is being an incel is a self reinforcing hate cycle that makes you absolutely horrible to be near to most people
