Dexamethasone reduces your chances of dying by 33% if you're on a ventilator, and 20% if you are on supplemental oxygen. So as soon as they pumped trump full of steroids his chance of dying went down by 20%. Combine that with the experimental antibody cocktail and the current result of Trump doing rallies happens.
