Bipartisanship is when war criminals from different parties come together to stop another war criminal because he's not letting the "smart and respectable" people do the war crimes according to the "rules."

How about when they change the parts, is it the same bipartisanship? What if the artisans change?

Bipartisanship is when both parties have the exact same opinion and will do the same thing and there is no one else to vote for. It is the polite thing to do.

Bipartisanship is when the democrats' use of aesthetics has you convinced that they are measurably different to the republicans in any way.

Edit: To be more prosaic about it, I'm saying that bipartisanship is actually a myth that fools supporters of the democratic party into thinking that there's a meaningful difference between the two parties and they invoke the myth of bipartisanship as a way to dupe dem supporters into believing that there's an aisle which the party is reaching across in order to meet another, different and ideologically opposed, party.

Anything that is framed or understood to be a bipartisan measure amounts to the same thing as a person says "I'm not racist but...": it's nothing more than an ideological veneer that is used to conceal the true nature of the party that is invoking it as an exception rather than it being the rule or revealing their true nature; bipartisanship is political sleight of hand and you're a rube if you allow yourself to get distracted—or worse yet, impressed—by it.
