    give it a couple of months. evictions take a little while and pulling UI away from people will cause a second wave of evictions. the rockslide is turning into an avalanche just in time for a very red october.

      Nah in most states evictions have been going on this whole time over zoom and the only thing being unfrozen is the ability to physically remove the people from their home.

      Really the bottleneck is the capacity of the police force to remove people from their homes.
