Still haven't seen any compelling videos of this, only witness testimony, despite it supposedly happening for weeks now all over the state. While I'm certainly open to the idea of some shady or weird shit going on, I'm inclined to believe that this is just a mass psychogenic event and people are misjudging the size and distance of planes, satellites, and perhaps the occasional small hobbyist drone.

If something shady was going on, the drones wouldn't have lights and would be flying too high to be seen or heard.

To my knowledge, there have been no daytime sightings, which further suggests mistaken identity.

I know someone who was insistent that a Dash-8 propeller plane was actually a drone. By a commercial airport.

Not hard to believe your theory when taking that into account.

I'm in several local astronomy groups on FB. When we had the comet in the sky a couple of months ago, there were literally dozens of posts a day with pictures of airplane contrails at dusk asking if it was the comet. It actually shocked me how unobservant some people are - you've lived several decades just a few miles from three major international airports and you've never taken notice of what a plane looks like at dawn or dusk?

I have less than zero faith in witness testimony.

When the LA Blackout happened thousands of people called 911 because they were afraid when they saw the milky way unobstructed by light pollution

People, Americans especially, can and will believe anything in the right conditions

I saw this posted in the UFO subreddit earlier when the photos of that glowing plane thing showed up. Newest NJ submissions are also saying one looks like a plane flying sideways on its wings though, like left/right instead of front to back. Very similar to this, maybe it's our tech and we're testing international responses or flexing as a show of force? Either it's all scary and unknown and we're getting invaded (alien or china/russia) or it's ours and we know it, hence the "not a threat" stuff we keep being told is real. Unknown until proven but it's interesting either way I guess.

US military not vaigly showing new tech to try and ward of Russia because of their inter ballistic missiles? If I'm right, would be a shitty show of "power" because I doubt the us has the industry to build enough of these for war
