he is not wrong about that centrist= pro west, and anti-imperialist is its contrary, also how is obama a socdem, he is just a black macron, also how is chavismo the same as corbyn? this wheel is only like 30% right about the aligments

Why are multiple people claiming that Obama is a socdem? Objectively he is not and he would never claim that label himself. Very strange

idk shit about socdem but I'm not entirely convinced even they would put bankers and the people who caused the '08 crash to be then in charge of "fixing" the problem? That alone seems like it would disqualify him, but perhaps I'm wrong cause I truly don't know too much about socdems at all, really, never cared lol

Convoluted market based solutions to healthcare instead of a cheaper and simpler single payer system would also be disqualifying.

Obama can probably best be described as a third-way social democrat. I.e. in favor of introducing social programs driven through market reforms like the ACA. Macron is the one whose placed in a wrong spot on this as he's to the left of Merkel. Obama's support for Keynesian stimulus as opposed to austerity is also reflexive of this when compared to european policy back then.

This said this chart is incredibly dumb lol.

i thought macron would be more conservative that merkel because of his austerity cuts and heavy use of the state to crush dissent
