    Then there's Murder on the Orient Express where literally everyone in the train, except for the detective, murdered the guy because everyone had good reasons to, and everyone agrees to keep quiet about it, even the detective.

      Not really comparable since the og murderer only killed one person and was murdered by the people (mostly bourgeois) that were affected by it. so it's a 1-1 of killings even though several people participated.

      The UHC CEO and Mr Burns on the other hand committed crimes on a 1-many basis. There are unlimited suspects not only because many people are affected by each loss but because the crimes are so numerous and widespread that there is essentially no-one in the society unaffected.
