There's another difference I had noticed but not seen anyone else discuss: if you look at unredacted versions of the photo on the left (the surveillance video from Starbucks?), the person's nose seems to me to be significantly thinner or narrower than Luigi's. Perhaps the nose difference is just my incorrect perception and open to interpretation, but the brow discrepancy is pretty blatant. Don't forget the different coats and backpacks between the street, Starbucks, and hostel videos either.
I suppose to some degree the focal length of the cameras could have an effect on how proportions come across but even then it’s hard to prove one way or another if it’s different people or not. It’ll be interesting to see how the prosecution frames all that stuff

I think the biggest piece of evidence he isnt the guy is that hes alive. If he was the actual guy i think theyd have gunned him down.
Especially given he was allegedly still carrying the murder weapon.
