            i'm sure her staffers are keeping the evil going as scheduled, there's no way they don't do most of the day-to-day evil while she's getting increasingly senile good-morning. a new ass in that seat wouldn't have access to the decades of connections and processes she's set up, thy would have to start building their own orphan-crushing machine from scratch and that takes time
