    Several years ago I decided to sit down and delete every Facebook post I made before I turned like 18 (i very stupidly made one when i was like 12) and I had to take breaks because I was about to overdose on cringe

        The worst part is that because the Facebook algorithm changed over time, posts that got very little engagement would disappear from my timeline, only to reappear once enough posts had been deleted. One of the only push notifications I have turned on from Facebook is the "you have memories today!" one so I am always on the lookout for any stragglers that survived the purge
