Has there been any actual evidence of DPRK soldiers fighting in Ukraine?

They are most likely fighting in Kursk, which is in Russia. Coming to the aid of a military ally within their own borders is completely legal within all international law, DPRK and Russia are well within their rights

I don't believe either party has denied it, and the official propagandists for Russia play coy about it like they did with Iranian drone purchases. It's almost a certainty at this point that Russian procured thousands of drones from Iran, including adopting some of their drone technology.

I don't believe the western media bullshit about their numbers, but I do think there are some volunteer forces in Kursk gaining drone combat experience. Official Ukrainian MoD are saying they are for sure fighting DPRK soldiers in Kursk, and while they are known liars it's a bit different than the CIA tabloid crap we've previously heard it from.

The Russian Geran-2 one way attack drone is a Russian produced version of the Iranian Shahed 136, with the electronics and guidance system stripped out and replaced with Russian components, and it's used in pretty much every Russian air raid, so yes.
