    I get headaches so regularly that it’s not an event, so I don’t even keep track. I’ve been this way since childhood. At least 3 days a week I’ll have a headache, sometimes more. I think they are mostly tension-related, but I honestly don’t know. The ones with stabbing pain are rarer, and they might be migraines, but I gave up on trying to figure it out years ago. I’m just a headache machine.

        I saw one as a child and it led to a lot of testing that went nowhere. Generally, I think the consensus was that I was a very tense child, haha. I could revisit it, I guess, since as an adult I’ve had at least one severe migraine with vomiting and general inability to do anything. But I’ve got other ailments I’m trying to address, and doctor stuff is such a pain even with insurance. Although maybe I should take advantage of the insurance now, because who knows what the future holds... :(
