We all take different paths to radicalization. After all, most of us were liberals at some point and are now embarrassed by that part of our past. As for my past, I used to be one of those boy scouts like James Comey who thought that preventing crime was a noble calling.
I slowly became disillusioned with the Bureau. On several occasions I witnessed my fellow agents frame left-wing activists by fabricating evidence. I didn't understand at the time why there was so much antipathy towards the left. That's when I began reading about "Anarcho-Socialism" and related ideologies in our internal archives, and I started to become sympathetic to the cause of ANTIFA-Socialism.
The breaking point for me came a couple months ago when our field office director announced that President Trump had authorized a $40 million budget increase "for the undercover infiltration of ANTIFA and related radical left-wing organizations". I was so outraged at the gross violation of civil liberties that I resigned immediately in protest, and decided to start my new life as a full-time activist.
I've been wanting to get involved in leftist political organizing and begin building this so-called "dual power", but I'm worried that my former profession will make it difficult for me to gain people's trust. 😅
So tell me, Chapos, what can I do to let people know that I'm a real leftist? Is there a particular dress style or handshake among ANTIFA-Socialists that will put everybody at ease and make me fit in?
What are the most prominent and active Anarcho-Socialist organizations operating nationally today? Do you know where I could find more about them or contact their leadership? I'm ready to get involved and crush the state! 🙂
If anyone could DM me info about their local ANTIFA branch, I would greatly appreciate it. I know OpSec is important so you might not want to post it publicly. 😉
You're correct; your suggestion was what inspired me to turn that comment of mine into this full-blown bit. 🙂
