I think we should have a hot take community where you can have downbears. you're banned if it's too shit but you're also banned if it's too good. You need a 70:30 +/- 8 ratio of upbears to downbears, but you get some sort of treat if you succeed.

Perhaps there are 5 mod positions and you can kick out the mod with the oldest hot take if you pass the trial
