Like, that pushes them to 100% immediately have to start using an alternative currency (or basket of goods) to trade with instead of using the dollar, like, that's happening slowly, america isn't going to shoot itself in the foot like that
Trump's opinions can change based on the last person he talked to, I doubt he would have the drive to do this, especially when so much of the US establishment would be against it, they may be out of touch, but they aren't quite that out of touch.
I can see it from that point of view, but if I remember correct Trump has said he won't tolerate any country moving from the dollar in this next term. We'll wait and see though.
