Clark was the premier of BC and, as far as anecdotal evidence goes, one of the main reasons the NDP won its minority government. The conservative party was basically non existent at the time so NDP+greens formed a coalition that every BC commentator assumed wouldn't last a year.
From this dataset alone I can conclude safely the specific 4 percent of respondents that definitely dont live in BC lol
