Counterpoint: fucking off at work is praxis. I will say it feels a lot less taboo to jerk off at home than in the office bathroom, though.

I don’t really give a rats ass if you hate the commute, your co workers, or being in the office,

      Go fuck yourself.

Excuse me for wanting to reclaim about 10 hours a week.

Not to mention the environmental disaster that is commuting.

and the hours a day it steals from your life for no valid reason?

You're advocating worse conditions just to make it slightly easier to organize.

maybe, just maybe, the utter lack of social interaction is going to massively fuck with the mental health of millions and have massive repercussions for society?

That's more a result of COVID than anything inherent to working from home.

You do realize that inevitably your boss is going to have so much shit installed to monitor you and make sure every fucking minute you’re clocked in is productive right?

What makes you think that genie goes back in the bottle when you go back to the office?

I think I would rather die than have to commute to an office again

i do not trust a single fucking study that says that kids returning to school is safe, the manufacturing consent for that is annoying as well.

i understand the loneliness angle, but workplace culture, especially office culture (aka, one of the few sectors that can actually wfh) is super toxic.

Depends on what you do - 50/50 office home should be the norm though

Yeah I'm never setting foot an office again.

I will however work from places that aren't home. I will go out and meet my friends for lunch and 2 beers on a Friday. I will knock off an hour early and start an hour late. I will take a break for chapo.chat time.

and I'll still get my work done, so quit your whining.
