We've set up a brand new Minecraft 1.16.3 vanilla server! The IP is cthserver.top. We will have an auto-updating world map up soon!
Additionally, we're supplying a handy instance you can easily import into MultiMC, or just install through the regular launcher, that comes with numerous subtle tweaks and some colossal performance improvements. This should let anyone playing on an older PC join us, but its recommended for everybody who wants better FPS and general performance.

I know it's not a big deal for some people, but some of us might accidentally dox ourselves if we play on here. My username, for example is shared with me and one of my kids because I don't play on servers often. Maybe a plugin like https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/nicknamer-integrated-api.5341/ would help or something? Unfortunately it didn't actually log an error to my console it just printed that message on screen. Also when trying to rejoin I got passed logging in and them basically riiiight when it started to render stuff it kicked me with that message. Once I loaded up the cth instance I was able to login and it worked fine so maybe one of the mods in the instance is actually sliiiightly required? Maybe harvest or something like it?

Doing some more testing now and it looks like it might not be harvest, I was just able to get the error with my normal instance with harvest added.
Can't play minecraft without Pam's craft anymore. Only thing I like doing in that game is gardening and vanilla minecraft has too few crops.
I've been getting into tech/farming mods and I can't go back also. What's the point of playing if I can't have a giant luxury automated cucumber farm?
thatd be dope. Id love to be the designated farmer cuz like my fav thing to do in minecraft is make a farm so large that by the time i get to the other end all my crops are finished growing behind me.
if you log on, you can go find the vertical farm we started working on, im building a house right next to it for supplies/aesthetics

It’s not worse in any sense except you might get better overall performance with the mods we’ve packaged. That said at the moment we’re troubleshooting an issue that causes some crashes for vanilla clients, I’ll update the post when it’s fixed!

Which version do you mean? Server's running Java version, which can always be downloaded on minecraft.net.

i think theres just a flag you put in a txt document that allows pirates to join your server. At least thats how it worked when i was 11
It won't let you play without buying minecraft. I'm not buying minecraft. I bought it years ago when it was still in alpha. I lost my credentials and then they transferred everything over to MS accounts. I'm not buying it again. Is there a way to get around logging in with MultiMC?
