    • gamers
    • random right-wing hacks
    • the privileged individuals who refused to vote because they have no faith in electoral politics anymore (if they ever did)

      I'm thinking, they'll decide there are just too many voters and will help close polling places or increase mail in ballot initiatives but have so many fiddly rules that the ballots can just be trashed (like how I imagine the provisional ballots mostly are).
