        How about going to sleep at 4am and waking up at 6pm and just shifting forward 2 hours every day until you call your therapist sobbing?

      I've been doing this for the past year and half now, it feels amazing when you start doing it consistently and I genuinely think it helps with my anxiety/depression. Plus my friends rib me for having the sleep schedule of a geriatric lol.

      agreed, I feel much more whole when I'm doing that, but it never stops me from staying up all night with friends, lol

      Its dark by me until like 7:30 am. Waking up has been so much harder without morning sunlight.
