I'll say it. Good relationships with China have generally been better for Latin countries than USA and Europe. If you say they're the same you're wrong and a gringo.

Nah, the west just comes and starves us as much as it can. China doesn't.

I largely agree, because China is in a position where it's advantageous for them to build good relations and strong allies, amongst other things. My point is that even if you think they are equivalent, having both means that small, poor countries can get a better deal, and therefore thah having that premise leads to a different perspective.

You're right, I guess in the end they don't really believe they're both the same. Or maybe they assume "poor countries" are too dumb to know what's best for them.

China has better worker's rights than the vast majority of western countries, especially the ones in the Anglosphere.

And no, I haven't read the academic study Deus Ex or watched the related documentary. What does it reveal about China?

They are always having a meltdown over China, usually racist, and their comments don't get removed. It's beyond comprehension.

Maybe I'm being bad faith against them because not only do I think they're a troll, I also had to read a comment dismissing islamophobia today. Sometimes users are too sus for me to care, I'm sorry about that.
