It’s definitely a culture war thing. Bernie was popular amongst Latinos cause he actually appealed to their material needs in regards to healthcare and labor rights. Now it’s basically just down to who you agree with more on social issues, and a lot of Latinos are pretty socially conservative

For Latinos, Trump dropped a lot of the talk about the "border wall" for this election and is incorporating some of the Mitt Romney strategy there.
I mean, Biden’s campaign saying they weren’t a priority then making a backhanded comment implying its for failing to show up in 2016 may be a part of it.

It's basically the same strategy as last time: Shun the folks that would possibly vote for your candidate and promise them they won't do shit for them. :surprised-pika: when they don't vote for you or phonebank for you.
I'm Latino and I'm definitely not voting for biden or trump. I'm not voting for for Biden because he will destabilize Latin America by having the U.S. more involved in our affairs, at least trump leaves them alone, at least more so than any other president(from what I know).
From my understanding of the Latin community, some believe that if they don't vote for Trump he will revoke their citizenship, deport or have them killed. Other Latins are scum gusanos, usually from florida. Then there's your regular Latin voting for Biden.
