I wonder how shitlibs reconcile with the fact that almost all of the rising stars within the democratic party are WOC and how they are all adjacent to Bernie, the guy they tried to frame as a racist and sexist

They are also talking about reforming the progressive caucus to actually require members to be progressive and to start voting as a bloc. That’s good.

You don’t need that many people in a coalition to force change.

The right wing libs are right when they mock the squad for basically having no power in congress. They get a lot of media attention because they are young, attractive and shit stirrers but they're basically sitting at the kids table.

          Fucking how

In guessing you think it's neckbeard because I said they're popular for being attractive, which to me says that you think mainstream shitlib media like NBC and CNN fawn over them because they believe in their policies and not because young pretty people drive ratings lmao

i can't seem to find your postings talking about how handsome obama is. i'm sure it's just my browser making a whoopsie.

Literally nothing I said is sexist. The squad are objectively not powerful and the corporate media isn't paying a disproportionate amount of attention to them because they like their policy proposals or whatever. In what world is pointing out that the media focuses on young attractive women in Congress sexist?

Real ass "you just hate Hillary because she's a woman" hours lol. I'm sorry if the honor of your precious Yung Imperialists has been besmirched, but NBC and CNN aren't paying attention to them for any reason other than they drive ratings, and their looks play into that. It's why they loved putting Sarah Palin on TV, and if you're looking for equality, Dan Crenshaw and Beto both get/got disproportionate screen time because they're good looking dudes. Your average Amerikkkan media consumer aren't interested in the squad because they're aligned with the tenets of dEmOcRaTiC sOcIaLiSm, it's because they're nice to look at and they stir the pot. If AOC was 65 years old or obese they wouldn't put her on TV constantly. That isn't me being sexist, it's the media being sexist. If you think it's sexist to point that out, idk what to tell you.

In 20 years we will probably be under fascist rule and have no elections or in the midst of a revolution. The idea that there will be a democratic ascendence of socdems and the government will function normally in 20 years is extreme wishful thinking and liberal hegemony brain.

Holy shit, it's time to move past the democrats. Once they get any actual power they'll be taken down by the powers of capital. Just like what happened to Bernie and Corbyn.

Mondaire Jones is in a district just a few counties away from me so I'm happy to see him over here. Gonna be interesting to see what the other democrats will be doing to "deal with" the growing Squad, especially after what happened to Corbyn

      Angelica Duenas

She has a chance, but the 4 mentioned here are certainties because the've won the democratic nomination and face a republican challenger in a deep blue seat. Whereas, if I understand correctly , in her district she's running against another democrat after a non-partisan "jungle" primary.
