Funny thing is communists DONT year for violent revolution, they yearn for a more egalitarian society, but fucking capitalists just murder them for even wanting it.

      Yep

People use the means which are left to them

      ~

Also America was founded on violent revolution

      ...and genocide

Not to mention the other liberal poster child: France. Violent revolution, mass murder, dictatorship world war. That just went fucking peachy.

Idk about cool and good. I don't think anyone should glorify violence, but it was necessary.

That's literally what they do, they push it to the peripheries where an underclass is barely paid to do it for them, this applies to animal farming as well as imperialism.

If you are reading history and conclude anglos have generally been anti violence, you've got the book upside down or something.

Any read of F-R that doesn't start with "good" is poisoned by 18th century english propaganda, CMV

The revolution was good, but I am firmly in the violence is a necessary evil camp. Bully me about it all you want.

A necessary, unavoidable pre-requisite. I don't know why you'd feel the need to hand-wring over it unless you have substantive criticism of the application of violence in the revolution.
