LOL that is some bad photoshop. You can see at the top of the tower where they just used a round eraser and smudge a deep line and called it a day. The crane lifts also look like standard PNG images they randomly grabbed somewhere and were likely edited out of an advertisement.
We love our massive construction cranes that are a mile long, don't we folks?
