Talking with great people I've met within this community and without makes me happy. It's good to interact with people, especially with how isolated you might be from the pandemic. I met a cute guy, too, and that also makes me very happy.
Absolutely, even when gendered language is used as a phrase it can still cause harm "you guys" "cmon man" etc. I hurt someone by thoughtlessly saying "cmon man" once, so if you're someone who uses phrases like these consider rotating them out of your vocabulary, or at least use them carefully, I just don't think it's worth the risk of hurting someone <3
