They're lazy, entitled, and impossible to talk to in the work place. Many conservative workers rely not on their labor to maintain day to day, but thier social skills. Always chatting up and trying to befriend the boss and never actually doing much actual labor. Surprise surprise, the bourgeois-minded don't like to actually work. Most workplaces employ a politically mixed bag of workers, and quickly see the benefit both financially and productively if all conservative workers were gone. We would find the enviroment easier to tolerate, easier to unionize in, and easier to gain concessions from the bourgeoisie as their representitives within our class would be abscent from the workplace.
With society rebelling against conservatism (capitalist culture and advocates in the workers circles) in the social sense, it's time we bring this into an economic sense to effect change and reform our society.
Many work places still opperating on skeleton crew. Everyone needs a job right now but no one is hiring, this is due to the sheepish nature of the bourgeoisie during a crisis. They all 'batten down the hatches' to maintain their opperations while refusing to expediate any additional expenses that could cost them their infrastructure. The result is the reserve labor pool is overflowing by choice. The added financial stress of the temporary loss of an essential worker is also a threat they see to their infrastructure. My point in this? We have leverage as progressive workers that actually do things at work unlike the fascist sockpuppets, and so it is time to act up.
A simple and effective way to effect change in our social structure, which will effect the structure of the economy, is if we throw the conservatives to the fan. Already all over social media we hear of conservatives being tolerated less and less in the work place with many being fired for racist comments or actions. However, as I said, even the less overt conservatives have a critical problem about them. If we were to agitate this fact and work to amplify the result, we could craft a workspace void of conservatives, which would remove the rightwing base for the liberals in the workspace. Without their hardline backup, we could easilly push them to social democracy and eventually to the door with their honest kin.
Tactics
For the non-unionized worker, one could use their weight as a productive laboror by refusing to tolerate any conservatives in the workplace. We can lay this fact out for management, purposely get fired, then collect unemployment, and advocate to other progressive workers online. The companies take continuous financial hits from the lag in productivity, while we collect unemployment until we rejoin the workforce, demonstrate reliability and productivity and repeat. As the strong stance becomes replicated and spreads, it becomes a trend of no longer tolerating hate in our society. The constant threat of competition, especially in a crisis, causes the companies to fold as the trend grows. The end result, besides making racists lives a living hell, is the liberals will be eating out of our hands again like the 70s, which of course puts them in a great position to be taken down and overthrown. No backup, leverage is on the workers, economic collapse and health pandemic, ease of unionization, mass strikes, mass party membership, revolution.
Unionized workers can do a similar path - strike until all conservatives are removed from the work space.
All of this can and will lead to better wages, healthcare, and rights for workers as the bourgeoisie's position weakens and our strength grows. It's important to note this isn't some half assed solution where we get some concessions and we quit to have them stolen back from us in 50 or so years, we use this as a way to weaken the bourgeoisie so we can overthrow them and instill a workers dictatorship - a permenant solution to a seemingly neverending problem (capitalism).
And it all starts with telling our bosses essentially "we're done dealing with the conservatives, so fire them or lose the only productive workers you have; choose, them or us." They will choose us as we're the only thing keeping their businesses open, and if they start choosing the fascists they'll be cancelled, protested, and boycotted into the ground.
What do y'all think?
TL;DR: Let's force the fascists out of the workplace and reinforce it for the working class, then springboard that economic imbalance towards a new labor front and organize for eventual revolution..thoughts?
Your basic premise is entirely false. I get hating their politics but to generalize them as lazy suck-ups is just wrong. We shouldn't be trying to fuck over our fellow working class. We should try to educate and enlighten not drive a farther wedge between people who could be our allies.
Your entire premise is liberal and false. We should be trying to build bridges, absolutely, but we also have to take them down figuratively where they don't help us.
Seems like an equally complicated solution would be to just get involved in the hiring/firing process of an employer and specifically funnel left leaning folks into positions. Taking the time to coach your plants so that they can get promotions and supervisor/manager jobs internally. After reaching a critical mass, pull the trigger on unionizing efforts.
You know when I see this sort of generalization and naivety on full display I have to wonder what the age, class status and occupational field of the person is because it seems very out of touch with reality.

And you know this how? What environment fosters brown nosing done only by conservatives? How are all conservatives lazy? Is this done across all industries or just where u currently work?
With society rebelling against conservatism
Certain factions in society was rebelling against what they believed was the status quo. Doesn't mean they were all rebelling against conservatism.
Most workplaces employ a politically mixed bag of workers
Once again varies by industry or region. My workplace leans heavily conservative because I work a blue collar job in the south and that's who is more likely to do those jobs.

Nah. Those same blue collar jobs (with the exception of the fossil fuel industry and agriculture) either didn't shut down for very long and called back their workers or didn't shut down at all. They continued to make money (especially after people got their stimulus check). Meanwhile jobs that lean liberal or deemed non essential either got annihilated, is slow to come back or still lockdown. Conservative business and land owners got the leverage while their conservative employees are bragging about their overtime money and complaining about taxes.
For the non-unionized worker, one could use their weight as a productive laboror by refusing to tolerate any conservatives in the workplace.
See previous responses. Attack has to come from the outside through boycotts and such until leftists and liberals start heavily infiltrating traditionally chud jobs. The jobs I worked at over the past 3 years are literally hydra.
Unionized workers can do a similar path - strike until all conservatives are removed from the work space.
Guys, I have some terrible news....
