neolibs are mad at AOC for shitting on the Lincoln project now, and advocating for leftist policies. Turns out all those refrains of 'wait until Biden wins the election, then you can push him left' actually meant 'stop criticizing our guy you're so mean :/'

I miss the high energy most of all. This site just makes me depressed whenever I look at it. Just endless dooming and the belief that nothing will ever be better. We CAN do this. Biden is a wimpy old man and we can bully him. We're not going to "push Biden to the left". We're going to FORCE him left. Building power under him should be slightly easier than under Trump. We have bought time until 2022, 2024. WE CAN DO THIS. STOP COMPLAINING ABOUT LIBERALS AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

It think that the timing of covid really put us in the pits since it directly followed Bernie's loss. There was a sense of "where do we go from here?" that remains unresolved. I think that getting the election out of the way will help get people ready to do something. We just haven't picked our momentum back up yet cause it's been a miserable year that we were unprepared for as a political bloc.

One key thing is that we need to get more specific than "do something about it" and give each other (across the online left and beyond) a direct call to action. "Volunteer for Bernie" was all over the old sub for like 6 months last year, cause it was something real and accessible. Ideally something of that sort will emerge in the next year and put a fight up to the establishment in 2022

They'll feel nice for a little while then the harsh realities of the price they paid simply to beat Trump will start becoming more and more obvious. In two years the elections will be a bloodbath. They'll never be able to get anything done (not that they'll really try. By the time 2024 comes around and they try to shove down our throats a candidate who wasn't even popular enough to stay in the race long enough for primary voting to start in 2020, they'll all be so disengaged with politics that conservatives will easily push a ghoul worse than Trump into office while maintaining control of the house, sentate, and supreme court. Then, of course, it will be Pete's turn and we're all assholes if we don't fall in line and vote for him to defeat fascism.

We've done it, gentlemen. WE took down the biggest threat to gaming, free speech, and consumer rights in history. The moment Trump and Ajit Pai decided to fuck with PC gamers, they never stood a goddamn chance. We've been training to take down thousands of Nazi fucks in Wolfenstein, Call of Duty, and Hearts of Iron for 30 FUCKING years now. And this fat Cheeto bitch thought we couldn't handle him? I've eaten millions of his kind while owning scrubs on my battlestation. A little voting machine is nothing to those of us who have built our own rigs from scratch, with our own goddamn hands.

Today, the world learned a lesson. Fuck with PC gamers, and you go down. They best keep it in mind from this day forward.

Just saw the clip of Rahm Emanuel saying laid off retail workers should be told to learn to code.

GOP's gonna take 285 House seats in 2022.

Fascinated by Howard Stern as a person. Built a whole media empire over insulting porn stars and mentally disabled people.

I know that this is lib shit, but if Donald Trump had won my brain would’ve been pudding in another four years. The culture war around him is exhausting
