    Amazon is outsourcing the business of hiring and vetting and licensing their delivery business to thousands of franchisees. At the same time crowding out the post office, fedex, ups.

    Amazon doesn't really make profits and that's okay because the profit comes later when their distribution network is large enough to avoid paying for shipping, which is their largest cost.

    Think about the savings to the HR department, Social Security/Medicare taxes, probably liability costs for worker's compensation claims and lawsuits between the delivery drivers and property owners.
