do you think thats genuinely happening or are people lying/fudging the numbers?

im worried, i have family constantly thinking this is just about to be over.

      probably just capping how many tests are done each day. At least that's how I would do it

        im convinced that they make the "positivity rates" go down by including negative antibody tests in the covid19 positive/negative ratio.

        Very probably that. Whether because testing facilities are underwhelmed by lack of resources, or because this is directly done on purpose. Any way a disaster. Testing less when cases continue to grow is the worst.

      i thought that HHS only was doing "hospital data" like icu/hospitalizations/ventilators/etc, and case #s are still done the same way?

      i mean i still dont believe the #s were getting, especially florida (they closed down most testing centers 2 days ago lol)
