At the risk of sounding out-of-touch, isn't brunch just 'breakfast but you eat it later in the day'? Like, you have a full English or whatever, but at 10:30am?
No not exactly, its more a combination of breakfast food and lunch food between the hours of 10 and 12. So a restaurant will have like pancakes, eggs, sausage, etc. BUT also like burgers and fries, sandwiches, charcuterie, etc.
