      So does that mean people with mental illnesses were more likely to get a positive result or that they were already in more frequent contact with healthcare professionals and therefore more likely to get tested?

      One is kinda alarming and the other seems pretty logical.

        I imagine that symptom checks before important appointments are a strong encouragement to get tested
