Okay the first one of these I get it. But the most attention should be on those removed comments at the bottom of the list. So from the bottom:
What's the purpose of removing a comment asking @MomoTimeToDie@sh.itjust.works what a 'momo' is and why it's 'time to die'? Doesn't that seem like a good fucking question? Why is a mod stepping in on this? If I were a moderator I sure would want to know what's up with that.
What rule is broken by saying their instance is bad? And in reply to a story about naked unashamed bigotry being allowed on it no less.
A smarmy little paragraph calling out someone for being toxic and whining about toxicity in return? Nary an expletive.
And just what the hell is wrong with the comment second from the top?
The same mod:
Hexbears, we have to let people call us slurs on lemmy to make communism happen! Forget real life organizing, we just need to post harder!
(I didn't realize how bad this instance was when I voted to federate...)
They have a patsoc mod?
I don't even know lol
Here's the link if you wanna try to understand: https://hexbear.net/comment/3880056
Surely this must be ironic? Hell, the blackpilled third-worldists have better analysis than this.
My post with the screenshot is, if that's what you mean. I'm not really sure what their mod is cooking.
I meant their mod's take that the internet is more important than real life organizing, which is just outlandish.
Yeahh it is lol
Other than that, their point was something like we aren't being civil enough to people talking down to us and insulting us so we're betraying communism by not trying to "evangelize" to them and "ensuring our community is never relevant enough to enact real change". They literally said "Marx would be ashamed of you people" lol. Incredible civility-brained, self-important stuff.
lmao
If they think we're ineffective at convincing people of the good of communism, they should check out this site called shitjustworks! It doesn't even ban fascists, libertarians, or racists (but I repeat myself)!
