I recently played whichever one had the Law and Order SVU guy in it, and it started with you exposing absolutely horrific crimes against humanity by the CIA, but then it turns out the real bad guys are the people trying to fight the CIA... because an AI is controlling them.

Never any talk of holding the CIA accountable for murdering a half a million (?) people.

Also, the guy who plays the player character is just a horrendous actor. Cringed every time he spoke.
