There's one part that really stood out to me, where Orwell's stand in character complains that the socialists make everyone use ballpoint pens and that literature has died now that fountain pens are unavailable.

Anyone who ever read the damn thing would've figured out it's really not that great of a book and then never invoke it again. Shout out to my man Huxley for painting a dystopia that actually makes sense on a societal level instead of being randomly ruled by the evil people for evil things evilly
