Yeah the OP's post sounds word for word like my spouse's hydrocele.

I'm just confirming here so they have another person in their brain telling them "this probably isn't cancer."

Lol I wasn't serious about the cancer thing, just a delirious thought that came to mind because I was still half asleep. But thanks

Haha that's good. I just know how spooky pain lumps can be. Feel better comrade.

Would definitely be nice if it turns out to be something that resolves itself with rest. Here's hoping comrade

its never happened to me and you should maybe talk to a medical professional or at least a well read friend

No bumps or anything? I've had a cyst before and it was uhhhhh the fucking worst, but other than that, sometimes I just lay down in a weird way and they end up aching. 🧐

definitely doctor time, not normal at all and seems like a bad thing to ignore.

Maybe. I don't want to take on that expense to get a fucking shrug when I'm uninsured tho, so I'm going to keep an eye out for more signs and symptoms. The weird thing is that the pain didn't really seem bad enough to make me nauseous on its own; the two things seemd almost coincidental (though obviously that's improbable since I don't feel sick now).
