I've listened to a fair amount and the down syndrome impressions and a legitimately racist joke about black men are the two that made me gag.
But then I'll listen to Jeff Goldblum go on Family Feud and woke Mafia and I'm back on board. I've tried defending them ('them' lol, it's 99% Mullen's fault) but it's never felt sincere. He does good crude humour and that also comes with shitty bigoted material that's been around longer than the founding fathers.

They got lumped in with the dirtbag left because they're friends with Chapo. Amber and Nick used to be roommates, they guest on each other's pods sometimes, etc. Nick made some joke about being the president of the DSA once and some people thought he was serious. They'll occasionally do bits about politics but they also tell people how stupid they'd have to be to get their politics from their show. When they drop the ironic racism bit (and yes, it's ironic and a bit whether you think that's ok or not) their real stances trend to the left. It is not a political show though.

depends on the hospital but it is basically standard practice in an ICU so the staff doesn't have to change diapers and jiggle around a critical patient.
