I still don't understand what I am supposed to garner from this tweet. He's saying very openly that he's worked with feds before, and that these people are bad. You need to create a narrative otherwise you look like you're screaming at the sun.
You linked a "wikispooks" article and then edited it away. Which seems to be where you are getting a lot of your ideas from. If you think it's a valid source, then just link that instead of just posting some tweet from some writer.
Robert Evans talks about various evil things the US has done in other countries all the time. This includes recent stuff like US actions against Venezuela and Colombia. So, to be clear, your position is that Evans gets money from the federal government to make him say occasional positive things about the US in regard to current events while criticizing all of their past actions? That's pretty farfetched.
At least criticize him for being an anarchist or something real.
What you said doesn't match up with what I said. Do you thing he does this because he gets money from tHe FeDs, or because he has bad politics, or because he is uneducated. The last two aren't really that bad.
They got into politics to feel good about themselves and pursue their own pleasures. Now you are going to scold them and make them feel bad and force them to confront their own complicity in imperialism?
This tweet doesn't enforce any of those points in your narrative. "War journalist has worked with feds before and says the feds are bad" doesn't help your cause.
If your point is to make fun of a war journalist for admitting to have worked with the feds in the past. Okay? I guess?
Yes this is about ethics in Chapo.chat posts! That’s the relevant issue at stake, how good the post is! Not the overall point that leftist chauvinists and opportunists are imperialist apologists and a lot of you don’t care

I just think it's a bad post. If you want to dunk on him, that's fine, but you can do better.
