I've been doing bodyweight workouts at home ever since the pandemic happened in March. Went from being able to do only a couple pullups in a set to now being able to do about 15-16. Now I'm also using a weighted vest for some of my sets, because I think my max would only be 15-16 pullups if I didn't do some progressive overload. Idk when I would want to achieve it, but I would like to one day be able to do 20 pullups in one set. I've also made some progress in my ability to do diamond pushups, which activate the triceps more than regular ones, and I feel like I'm noticing a slight difference already in my arms within just the past couple weeks. I guess the key really is just eating enough protein, working out consistently, and getting as much sleep as possible, preferably 8 hours per night. Running is good too and I go on runs frequently, but I don't have any clear goals for that at the moment beyond preserving my lung/heart strength.
