Everybody stumbles, and yes it does show that you've made progress! It's good you recognized that. And doesn't seem like you beat yourself up for slipping up.

That's really great. I've seen my share of strong people (whatever that means. you know what i'm tryin' to say?) get whipped at every stage of that shit. A big reason for that, it seemed to me, was them not forgiving themselves when they stumbled.
