My job has a stupid HR review process if you request 5 or more consecutive days off, I spent my year putting in requests for single days and now have the last 2.5 weeks in December off. My boss finally caught on and he's so mad about me 'exploiting' the company but fuck them, this is my first year I'll actually use all my vacation days
Yeah my company hates letting people have time off and pressures people to avoid it as much as possible, so me pulling this off is a big deal for them. Previous years I use up like maybe a third of my PTO and a sick day or two
