My brain has actual been melting seeing the mainstream Australian media kick up a fuss about this image. The focus has been completely shifted from the fact that Australian soldiers murdered 39 civilians to the usual red scare bullshit.

All the Anglo press is running with the "fake picture" story while also refusing to show the actual image which is clearly just representative art. But they also have to include a few lines about how, ya Australian soliders did totally murder a lot of civilians and had a culture where this was totally permissible, cause its way too blatant even for them.
