As for your mental health problems, have you thought about trying to get in touch with a therapist who you can vent to? Or maybe someone to talk to about your anger issues? I was concerned about what you said about punching yourself, and as someone who has struggled with anger management, talk therapy has been really helpful both for that and for my anxiety. Even tele health is better than nothing right now.
