By native-english you mean countries like US, Canada, UK etc right? It doesn't matter how well your English is, if you're not white & don't sound white. They'll only consider you if they can't find people who fit that criteria, and even then there's a hierarchy.
unfortunately only works if you're white and have an american accent. happy to be proven wrong though.
