What have you been doing? For sandwiches, grilled wraps, I like to put them on like 3 and roll them around on an oiled cast iron. You can also change up the bread you use/ start baking. NYT no kneed recipe is great, it's like faux sourdough. Stop eating cold cuts if you do that, bc they are gross, bake tofu or chicken breasts for the week. Mayo on one side, mustard on the other, horseradish to taste. Grow some sprouts. burritos-refried beans+can of green chilis +rice+cheese, if you have time you can put them in cold and grill, or heat everything up in a mush and then wrap. My pasta go-tos are butter salt and pepper with some parm thrown in. You can also do all of that but also chop up a tomato and add basil leaves. Baked ziti is super easy and gives you a tray of pasta for a week. Clam sauce pasta is easy and quick as hell. Also don't forget pizza, I've gotten it so I just pre-make dough balls and pull them out in the morning so I can make a pizza in the afternoon. Way better and way cheaper than any frozen pizza.

A good cheap meal is budget bytes sesame noodles. I'm allergic to eggs to I skip them and if I'm really lazy I skip the spinach too.

The other ingredients are shelf stable so it's really convenient.
