I'd love to have a split keyboard one day, and I don't think the Ergo EZ looks bad at all, but it was too expensive for me, so I went with this ortho 40% keyboard. I'll post some specs with links in another comment

honestly the level of customizability is mindblowing, but i did swear like a sailor while configuring it

If anyone cares, here are the specs for the keyboard

    • Keyboard: Niu Mini (seems it's sold out ...)
    • Switches: Gateron silent brown
    • Keycaps: OEM Profile, dye-sub(except for the hammer & sickle, which is printed)

It took the place of my trusty Unicomp. I wanted to try out qmk, and the ortholinear design stood out to me so I went for it

I just remembered a whole set modeled after the CCCP space program look with ☭ F keys.

    Should’ve gotten it :Care-Comrade:

they're on the qwerty row in red, you use a modifier key to get them

it's a 40% layout, i can configure different layers and a bunch of other cool shit. The numbers are on another layer in the top row, or alternatively in a numblock layout, again, on another layer. Took some getting used to, but I'm very happy with it and wouldn't switch back to a regular layout (but that's more because of the linear layout than the small form factor, i'd actually prefer having another row for the numbers)
