For example my goal is to reach 165 pounds and run 2 miles in 11:30! I’m currently down 20 pounds (180) and I’m running 2 miles in 13 minutes. So ik I’m making progress towards a goal :D

I'm hoping to do well in my degree, and to get on hormones before I die of old age

Also I just noticed this is about fitness, so I should probably actually post something relevant - yeah I need to get off my ass and do couch to 5k or something, I've been meaning to for years

It's more a case of waiting for my NHS appointment. It's been three years since I got my referral to the gender clinic and I'm still waiting on my first appointment. Life is fun for a tran on TERF island

If I read 13 more books I'll have read 100 books this year! My goal was actually 50 but now that doubling it so close, I kind of want to...

My goal is to not die of coronavirus or lung cancer before I inherit my grandma's collection of Sean H*nnity & Laura *ngraham books. I'm worried noone else recognizes their potential as an efficient fuel source for the wood stove, and may make the mistake of thinking these are something ur supposed to read.

It’s been shown that setting concrete goals helps motivate and keep you on the right track!

    Nice try, fed

Seriously though I dont have any but I probably should. I'm lucky to be comfortable with my body but I need to stop letting that be an excuse to ignore fitness.

I am fortunate enough to live in an apartment with a fitness center that doesnt seem to be used so I go there about 5 times a week, alternate upper body and lower body compound lifts and accessory exercises. I do 3 sets: 15 rep, 12 rep, 10 rep. Usually push the weights on the sets once a week

Run a marathon by November of next year (without fucking up my knees for months like last time). Also find a new pair of running shoes that fit my feet and won't run me $140 a pair. These bastards are expensive :(

I'm going to be this time lol :) also, following a training regimine strictly instead of just slapping on 50% weeks before it's called for.

Folks, your muscles improve way faster than your joints, and your joints take way longer to heal when you disregard them!

I’m six weeks out from major surgery and just got cleared to exercise.

Right now just working on getting stamina back. I want to do CrossFit or powerlifting but right now I just want to get to a point where I could do a 30 min session with a trainer.

I’ve started dancing again for cardio and have been able to have normal length sessions again, but I can only make it through like one verse of a song before needing a break.

I'm trying to get back to fighting shape (165 lbs, fairly well muscled) like I was back in college

Now that I'm in a situation where I have the spare time, I figured why not become a pillar of fire with hammer hands again?

My goal is to successfully hold a handstand for at least 30 seconds. I've been messing around with calisthenics over lockdown and it seems like the natural progression for what I've been working towards as well as being nice and concrete.

I'm working on running a 10k, then after I reach that I'll work on doing a 10k in under 60 minutes.

Also working on getting to three sets of ten ring dips/pull-ups, then I'll move on to adding weight.
