Can someone who likes FIFA explain the appeal to me? The game seems to basically play itself, the casters are repetitive and the licensed music gets really irritanting after a while.
I tried asking both my roomate that buys a new one every year and my little bro but they didn't really have an explanation, they just liked it .
Is there more to the gameplay I'm missing? Is it like playing a subpar licensed game because you like the thing it was based on? (that would kind of make sense, I'm not into sportsball)
except next year your collection becomes worthless and you gotta pay 70 bucks to get the new version only to start from scratch again and purchase the same cards again
