have you seen what New Vegas looked like on launch? cause it was fucking unplayable too
Like literally unplayable, as in "it crashes every 10 minutes" unplayable, and "my saves all just randomly got corrupted for no apparent reason" unplayable
That's still a thing btw, there are a few mods that fix it, but in vanilla it still happens occasionally
It's because the mannequins are actual NPCs, they are just supposed to have no ai package and frozen animations so they just stand there, but they occasionally get assigned one when papyrus shits the bed
I bought a skyrim special edition on xbox one years after it came out that had a game breaking glitch when you fought the guy in the book and they were never going to bother fixing it.
this is like the music equivalent of an artist just dropping the stems then actually releasing a song like 3 days later, like if ur gonna release something borderline unplayable day 1 then thats 100% going to factor into my experience with the game. you can legit find other people saying that the game has multiple issues making it unplayable https://www.pcgamer.com/how-buggy-is-cyberpunk-2077-really/

you cant judge a game at launch cause they all suck ass at launch, that's just literally how the gaming industry works

God, I love New Vegas.
the dude's head spinning around at the beginning of the game still haunts my dreams
that one is fuckin hilarious tho
it is
i remember that skyrim had a bug that was actually terrifying where it caused the mannequins you put armor on to come to life and follow you around

oh god i think i would actually cry if it happened to me

I distinctly remember walking through a door and getting catapulted thousands of feet in the air as soon as it loaded the outside cell
Then it crashed before I hit the ground because of course it did
Hell, I played the Witcher 3 at launch and it was buggy as hell.
