    I looked this up a couple months back and multiple sources say the pipes have all or like 95% been replaced. There hasn't been a big announcement "we did it" but it seems like they have or are very very close.

      That's public pipes, isn't it? Unless something's changed, they aren't going into people's homes and replacing the pipes they ruined. They're just giving people filters
